DOORSTEP milk sales are increasing in Birmingham and surrounding areas– and so is the range of non-milk products which Moo Fresh milkmen are happy to deliver.

The general increase in doorstep business has been helped by their new online service, where customers can now register on their website moofresh.co.uk and manage their account online.

Moo Fresh director Phil Mitchell said “These days’ consumers expect to be able to shop for groceries online and there is no reason for the doorstep milk sector to be any different. Customers can now access their accounts 24 hours a day and view statements, view and make changes to their orders and pay their accounts online or by monthly Direct Debit or by simply telephoning the office and paying by debit or credit card. No more waiting in for the milkman to call or leaving cheques out in the rain. The new system has proved very popular with the residents of Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Aldridge, Brownhills, and Coleshill with over 3000 new customers joining over the last 4 years. New areas are being introduced every month. Orders can be changed on their website up until 9.00pm for the following morning’s delivery and delivery is guaranteed before 7.00am.
